  Went in last night no one on front line. Just stood there waiting. A guy at end of counter and a guy on grill just kept looking at me. No one ever spoke. They could at least of said "Someone will be with you soon". Don't look at people like they should disappear...news flash ...THEY WILL!!! Don't mind waiting on food but not gonna wait on someone all night to acknowledge my presence. Service has went to rock bottom here.So sad.

  Asked for a styrofoam cup and they said they dont have them anymore then they handed me a paper telling all about how they are getting rid of foam items so its better for the environment but first of all Styrofoam cups are better to me ice doesnt melt as quickly doesnt soak the cup when it does and idk why they worried about being safe for the environment? The food should be what they are worrying about not a cup
